Limited Warranty
SideQuik Products (SQ) warrants the SideQuik Laptop Document holder against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, SQ will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of this product which proves defective because of improper workmanship or materials.
This warranty does not cover any damage to this product which results from accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective SQ products within 1 year of product purchase. Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy. SideQuik Products shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose on this product are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states/countries do not allow limitations to how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.
How to Return a Product Covered Under This Warranty:
To obtain warranty service, you must first obtain a Return for Material Authorization (RMA) number by calling SQ's Customer Service Department at (888) 600-7845. When speaking to a representative, we require that you give the following:
* the sku number (it's under that bar code on the packaging of the product)
* a detailed description of the problem
* where and when you purchased your SideQuik
* confirmation that you have your original purchase receipt and it is dated no more than 1 year ago
After the return has been authorized and you have been given the RMA number and a return address:
* Prominently display this RMA number on the outside of your package.
* Return the product with freight prepaid and insured.
*You must include a copy of your original purchase receipt as proof of the date of sale.
Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are made with respect to SQ products and SQ expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including to the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will SQ be liable to the purchaser, or to any user of the SQ product, for any damages, expenses, lost revenues, lost savings, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the SQ product, even if SQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
