Paying for your purchases/Security

We use PayPal to process your credit card or e-check payment. If you already have an account set up with PayPal, you may also pay via direct withdrawal from your bank account. Why PayPal? Because PayPal is the most secure on-line payment processing company out there- for both the buyer and the seller!  Do I have to be registered with PayPal to make a purchase? No! PayPal now offers you the option of paying without setting up an account with them! PayPal's ordering process is protected by state-of-the-art encryption technology. This sophisticated system encrypts your financial information to protect it during transmission.  Other areas of our site (such as the product pages) do not require secure transmission. By keeping these areas non-secure, we assure that our site will load faster, so your shopping experience will be more enjoyable. Reproduction and or other use of these contents without express written permission from SideQuik.com is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Returns/Exchanges

Reason for Return:  Generally unhappy with the product, doesn't fit your laptop, etc:  We accept all unused, undamaged returns up to 30 days after your purchase! Just complete the return/exchange slip you received with your order and send it back to us as instructed on that sheet!  If you misplaced the return/exchange sheet, just print this page and use it- it's the same!  We do not reimburse your initial or return shipping and handling costs.

Defective Product?

Limited Warranty

SideQuik Products (SQ) warrants the SideQuik Laptop Document holder against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, SQ will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of this product which proves defective because of improper workmanship or materials.

This warranty does not cover any damage to this product which results from accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective SQ products within 1 year of product purchase.  Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy.  SideQuik Products shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.  Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose on this product are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  Some states/countries do not allow limitations to how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.

How to Return a Product Covered Under This Warranty:

To obtain warranty service, please email us at customerservice@sidequik.com.

Let us know:

* a detailed description of the problem

* where and when you purchased your SideQuik

* confirmation that you have your original purchase receipt and it is dated no more than 1 year ago

After the return has been authorized and you have been given the RMA number and a return address:

* Prominently display this RMA number on the outside of your package.

* Return the product with freight prepaid and insured. 

*You must include a copy of your original purchase receipt as proof of the date of sale.

Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Warranty Disclaimer

The foregoing is the complete warranty for the SideQuik Laptop Document Holder and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are made with respect to SQ products and SQ expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including to the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will SQ be liable to the purchaser, or to any user of the SQ product, for any damages, expenses, lost revenues, lost savings, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the SQ product, even if SQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
